CHROMtalks - Sample Preparation Techniques Used in LC Method Development

Often samples that are analyzed using liquid chromatography (LC) are complicated matrices. To prepare
the sample for analysis the appropriate sample preparation technique needs to be selected so that the
analytes of interest are extracted, concentrated, and potential interferences are removed. If this can
be achieved, then this important step in the analytical procedure can help ensure the development of a
robust analytical LC method. This talk will focus on sample preparation techniques used when developing
an LC method.
